Project Brief:
Combating Loan Shark Culture
The pervasive loan shark culture in Malaysia has led to exploitation and abuse. We need design-driven solutions to address this issue, encouraging people to seek financial assistance through legitimate channels instead of loan sharks.
A campaign include short video, series of poster and interactive installation for social experiments. To tackle how human desire for quick gains control their behaviour. And to influence them not to excessive gambling by showing the consequences of gambling and borrow loan shark. Through the use of the title "You Could Be the Next Gambler" the campaign prompts audiences to reflect on their own actions and decisions.
