LEADERSHIP LANGUAGE AND VISUALISATION REPORT

The Leadership Language and Visualisation Inclusion Report presents findings from a collaborative research project led by UWE, Oxford Brookes, and London Metropolitan University. The study explores how leadership language shapes experiences of inclusion and exclusion across different cultural and organisational contexts. Developed in partnership with a corporate communications client, the report highlights key insights, challenges, and recommendations for fostering inclusive leadership practices.

The report design draws inspiration from their LinkedIn’s visual identity, using polygonal shapes as graphic elements to symbolise diversity and interconnectedness. A refined purple palette is applied throughout to convey creativity, wisdom, and professionalism, aligning the visual style with the inclusive and forward-looking message of the research.
